Some parts of the site such as the job searching pages are accessible to every job seeker without signing in, other sections require job seekers to be signed into their accounts.  Creating an account is not required but it is highly recommended as it offers numerous helpful job searching tools. 

If you are not signed in and you try to enter a page which requires you to be logged in, you will be prompted to sign in.
